Delete your BAYANI account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your BAYANI app account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to reinstall or sign in to the app.
What happens next
We protect accounts from unauthorized deletion while keeping the request process straightforward.
- Submit your request Enter the email used for the account and select the account type.
- Verify account ownership If needed, BAYANI support will contact the account email to confirm your identity.
- Account and data are deleted We complete verified requests within 30 days and send confirmation when processing is complete.
Before you request deletion: resolve active orders, withdrawals, refunds, disputes,
or subscriptions. Deletion is permanent and your account cannot be recovered afterward.
Data deletion and retention
- Account credentials, profile details, saved addresses, preferences, device tokens, and other account-linked personal data are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
- Account-linked content such as support messages, reviews, and activity records is deleted or disassociated where technically and legally permitted.
- Transaction, payment, tax, refund, dispute, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained only when required by law or while a legitimate dispute is active. Access is restricted and the records are not used for marketing.
- The deletion request itself may be retained as evidence that the request was fulfilled and to meet legal or security obligations.
